Katharine provides leadership, strategic and administrative oversight for the Public Services at MRU Library. Public Services includes library user services and supports including Service Desk, Outreach, Programming and Engagement in the Library's spaces, the Maker Studio and Audio Production. Katharine teaches in the Library's information literacy program; she has co-created and taught the GNED course Inside Information: Challenges and Controversies in an Information Society for several years.
