Undergraduate Research HQ
The Undergraduate Research HQ is a flexible, well-equipped work and meeting space for undergraduate research, collaboration and research-related programming on campus. It is located on RLLC Level 2 (EL2240) with close proximity to the Library's Data Hub.
This is a dedicated space to be used for Undergraduate Research related co-working, meetings, workshops and programming.
What's included:
- Dedicated data station
- Flexible furniture
- Hybrid meeting technology
- Kitchenette equipped with sink and microwave
- Day-use lockers for short term storage
- Those with approved access may borrow locks from the Library's service desk
Booking
The HQ will be open for approved users (when not otherwise booked) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during Library Service Desk hours. If you are a registered user, visit the Service Desk to gain access to the space for drop-in use.
- This space can be reserved by registered MRU Faculty, Research Leadership Program participants, and approved Research Assistants or MRU students engaged in Undergraduate Research projects and programming
- To gain booking privileges, please register using the Expression of Interest form below
- Once approved, you will receive a private booking link from the Library
- Approved users may book up to 4 hours in a single day; up to 16 hours in a single week.
- Booking opens 2 weeks in advance
