Books on languages and literature have call numbers that start with the following letters:

PA -- Classical Languages and Literatures (incl. Latin and Greek)

PC -- Romance Languages and Literatures (incl. French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese)

PF -- Germanic Languages

PG -- Slavic and Baltic Languages and Literatures (incl. Russian)

PJ -- Oriental Languages and Literatures (incl. Arabic)

PL -- Languages and Literatures of East Asia ( incl. Japanese and Mandarin)

PQ -- Romance Literatures
