Celebrating the lived experiences and voices of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, the Mount Royal University 2SLGBTQIA+ collection is designed to improve findability and increase awareness of resources in our collection by and about Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and other identities that intersect with sexuality and gender.
The bell hooks collection provides an opportunity for the MRU campus community to engage with materials, research and scholarship published by and related to hooks. A crucial scholar and activist, hooks’ work examines the intersections of race, gender and class, with a specific lens to the lived experiences of Black women within the feminist movement.
